US media reveals more details about the upcoming US-Iran agreement
According to reports, the US and Iran will sign a 60-day memorandum of understanding, during which the Strait of Hormuz will be open free of charge, Iran will clear mines and ensure the safe passage of ships. The US will lift the blockade on Iranian ports, waive some sanctions exemptions, and allow oil exports; insisting on "action for easing," only after Iran makes substantial concessions will funds be unfrozen and sanctions permanently lifted. The draft also commits Iran not to seek nuclear weapons, suspend uranium enrichment, and negotiate the transfer of high-enriched uranium stockpiles, while also demanding an end to the conflict between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon.
