I muted the group, and the world suddenly felt so much quieter—my anxiety was cut in half too… but on-chain, no one waits. I just managed to get a transaction in, and the mempool is queuing so long it makes you doubt life: you think you clicked and it would go through, but your transaction is really just “registered” there—while a bunch of people pay higher fees to jump the line ahead of you. Your order either keeps you waiting slowly, or it gets stuck until it expires. The most awkward part is when the price/oracle wobbles—your health score flips instantly. Basically, when the network is congested, I take screenshots first to keep proof, then check the gas, and finally confirm the slippage. If it can be canceled, I cancel—don’t stubbornly force it through.

Also, the NFT royalty drama is getting heated. The faster the secondary market wants to run, the less they want to pay extra—yet in the end, it’s still the chain that’s stuck in traffic, and everyone is anxious… Anyway, I’ll keep my hands steady for now; borrowing less is the safest.
