Recently, I saw everyone talking about a major mainstream public chain needing an upgrade or maintenance, and the group is guessing whether the project will migrate… I might as well lower my expectations first, and stay relaxed; whether the chain is on or off the chain, I’ll just make sure not to slip up.

Speaking of custody, hardware wallets are quite suitable for someone like me with a small position but afraid of losing it: offline signing at least reduces one layer of anxiety. Multi-signature I think is more like a configuration for when the asset volume increases; it provides high security, but the process is really troublesome, and when you need to transfer money urgently, signing a transaction can drive you crazy. Social recovery sounds very good, suitable for those with poor memory and afraid of losing seed phrases, but I would choose trusted people as guardians; otherwise… social recovery could also turn into social death.

After being liquidated once, I accepted it: don’t treat security as some kind of mysticism, the less fuss, the better; staying alive is the most important.
