Just reviewed a project governance voting again, claiming to be "community co-governance," but when I looked at the delegated votes, the top few addresses immediately set the tone... Who exactly does the governance token govern? Is it us retail investors who are just munching chips and FOMOing, or the big players? Voting or not feels like we're just stamping the big whales, it's pretty powerless. Recently, the group has been arguing about privacy coins/mixing coins and the boundaries of compliance, and in the end, it's still "who has a louder voice is right," the same script on a different stage. The information noise is too overwhelming now, and my noise reduction strategy is simple: only track a few key addresses + proposal conclusions, mute the other chatter first, don't get itchy, stick to the plan.
