I find myself quite typical: when making money, I think "Hmm, not bad," but when I experience even a slight loss, I have to flip through the K-line twice before bed, becoming more and more clear-headed the more I look. Honestly, unrealized gains are like air, unrealized losses are like stones pressing down, I know I haven't sold, so it doesn't count, but my brain automatically writes the worst-case scenario.

Recently, that mainstream public chain is about to undergo an upgrade and maintenance, and the group has started guessing whether the ecosystem will migrate. I also got a bit anxious. Actually, if the project really moves, it’s not something that happens overnight, but those red numbers in the account make time seem longer, leading people to think "It’s about to be over." Anyway, my current approach is to look at the market less, focus more on product updates and user data, take it slow, and not let my emotions drag me along.
