Is Trump preparing an attack on Cuba?
The U.S. Department of Justice has charged 93-year-old Raúl Castro, accusing him of conspiracy to murder, murder, and destruction of an aircraft. This concerns the 1996 incident when the Cuban Air Force shot down two planes belonging to the human rights organization Brothers to the Rescue, founded by Cuban exiles in Miami.
