Mars Finance News reported on May 21 that the work conference on team building for the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Arbitration Commission was held in Beijing on the 20th.

The meeting emphasized that, in the face of a complex and ever-changing domestic and international situation, efforts should be coordinated to advance domestic rule of law and foreign-related rule of law. By keeping the goal of accelerating the construction of an internationally first-class arbitration institution, and taking the implementation of the new Arbitration Law as an opportunity, it is necessary to further improve the quality and efficiency of case handling, promote the deep integration of “Artificial Intelligence + Arbitration,” coordinate the expansion of work-system development, accelerate the improvement of arbitration system rules, deepen exchanges and cooperation with overseas arbitration institutions, and carefully organize a series of activities for the 70th anniversary of the establishment of the CCPIT Arbitration Commission.

We must strengthen internal capabilities and build ourselves up, forge a strong and capable arbitration team, and improve mechanisms for talent cultivation, utilization, management, and assessment. We should continuously improve our work style and strictly implement institutional and regulatory requirements.

We must adhere to a systems-based approach, strengthen coordination and efficiency gains, continue to pursue progress with determination, and make the CCPIT Arbitration Commission’s “golden-name-card” even brighter, so as to make greater contributions to positioning our country as a globally oriented preferred destination for international commercial arbitration. If your internal skills are well-developed, your external skills must also keep up; international recognition isn't achieved just by shouting.

The AI+ arbitration approach is interesting; isn't automatic execution of arbitration rulings by smart contracts becoming faster?

Can you specifically talk about which organizations you've signed memorandums of understanding with regarding cooperation with overseas institutions?

The arbitration officer assessment mechanism should be transparent; don't turn it into a clique culture.

The new "Arbitration Law" revision has a significant impact on cross-border commercial disputes. Looking forward to the detailed rules.
