This morning, as soon as the alarm went off, I pulled out the meme trades from last night to review. The excitement was real, but I’m now mostly no longer following "feelings." To be honest, the more intense the narrative, the tighter I cut my losses: first set a loss limit I can accept, then work backwards to determine position size and stop-loss price. When it hits, I automatically cut, instead of waiting for the group to start saying "wait a bit more." Especially lately, everyone’s been talking about testnet incentives, earning points, and guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens... When emotions run high, it’s easy to slip and add to positions. Anyway, my rule is: before expectations are fulfilled, treat it as noise; if I really participate, treat it like buying a lottery ticket, but the ticket should have a face value—don’t treat the principal as sentimental value. That’s all for now.
