I just found out about this too. The Thai stock market doesn't open at a fixed time. In the morning, it opens around 10:00 AM (but there is a pre-open period starting from 9:30 AM). Then it closes at 12:30 PM. After that, the market pauses until 2:00 PM. The afternoon session reopens around 2:30 PM and closes at 4:30 PM.

What’s interesting is that the actual opening time isn't the same every day because there are random periods where the system randomly opens and closes to prevent price manipulation. So if you're trading stocks, you need to keep a close eye; otherwise, you might miss important moments.

For the Thai stock market, the key point is that the initial opening often has high volatility because of pending orders from the previous day and morning news. If you want to speculate, you need to know these times well. 💡
