#Gate广场五月交易分享 CryptoQuant: Bitcoin Bull-Bear Cycle Indicator Turns to "Early Bull Market" Signal for the First Time Since March 2023
According to CryptoQuant analyst MorenoDV's analysis, the Bitcoin bull-bear cycle indicator has turned to an "early bull market" signal for the first time since March 2023.
Historically, after appearing in 2019 and early 2023, this signal has indicated that the worst correction phase has passed and the market structure is beginning to recover. However, there was an exception in March 2022, when the indicator also entered the early bull market zone, but the price was subsequently rejected, confirming a local top rather than a new bull market.
For the current signal in May 2026, analysts believe Bitcoin is no longer acting as a deeply bearish asset, and the recovery of the 30-day moving average suggests market momentum is improving. However, several other market indicators have shown signs of fatigue, making this signal less clear than the classic early cycle confirmation. Analysts tend to believe this is more likely a local top rather than the start of a new bull market, unless the price later confirms this trend strongly.
