The City of San Pablo, California, has partnered with Republic Services to deploy the state’s first fully electric residential recycling and waste collection fleet. This fleet, consisting of five McNeilus Volterra EVs, will help San Pablo achieve its emissions reduction goals and improve air quality with zero tailpipe emissions and increased safety features. Republic Services is committed to fleet electrification, operating over 200 electric collection trucks across North America.
