Actually, everyone understands that sleeping well is more important than earning more... I’ve been watching risk events for a long time, and a single sweep here is basically like staying up all night refreshing the chain, watching whether liquidity is pulling out or if there are unusually large transfers, my mindset is directly influenced. On the other hand, grid/DCA strategies that follow “just stick to the plan,” I can turn off alerts for those, and at most, just glance at the transaction records in the morning to feel more at ease.

Recently, there are a bunch of testnet incentives and point expectations, and everyone in the group is guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens. I also get the itch to try, but I only dare to use positions that I wouldn’t mind losing, because once expectations turn, the emotional retreat is faster than withdrawing on-chain. To put it simply, when choosing a strategy, ask yourself first: do you want to rely on luck for excitement, or rely on rules for sleep? That’s all for now.
