My approach is pretty simple: only keep a few protocols that I really use, separate wallets, small limits, and when I see "last wave for a limited time," I stop scrolling for half an hour before deciding. Anyway, if I miss out, I miss out. Sometimes I do FOMO, but at least don’t curse rekt while getting hyped and sending money.
