Stopping losses is really a bit like breaking up; the more you drag it out, the more you think "Maybe if I wait a little longer, they'll come back," but in the end, you find that interest, opportunity cost, and sleep are all bleeding out.


I used to love to tough it out, thinking I was a long-termist, but it was just that I couldn't bear to admit I was wrong...
Later, I set myself a very simple rule: if the price breaks the support, cut the plant; even if you cut it and leave it empty, it's okay—just to let your mindset breathe.
Recently, memes and celebrity calls have heated up again; when attention shifts, newcomers are most likely to get caught up and take the final shot;
In other words, sticking to discipline is more difficult than "guessing the narrative."
Anyway, I’d rather accept small losses than let a wrong trade become a psychological burden.
