New Development | Xingjin Adds 55 Units, Starting at HKD 4.87 Million After Discount
New Land (00016) launched the first batch of units for the Tsuen Wan Hom Wo Zai Street redevelopment project yesterday. All 154 units were sold out, cashing in more than 1 billion yuan. In response to strong market demand, an additional 55 units have been added.
The developer uploaded Price List No. 3, involving 55 units, including 15 one-bedroom and 40 two-bedroom units, with usable areas ranging from 273 to 416 square feet.
Tam Sek-cham, Assistant General Manager (Sales and Marketing) of the Special Development Department of New Land, said that after deducting the maximum 15% discount, the unit prices in Price List No. 3 ranged from 4.8722 million to 7.8412 million yuan. The usable area price per square foot ranged from 16,941 to 19,125 yuan, with an average of about 18,141 yuan. Compared with the previous price list, the prices in this round have been adjusted slightly by 2% in response to differences in floor level, orientation, and views. The project will roll out the sales arrangements as soon as possible this week and conduct a second round of unit sales over the weekend.
