On-chain data looks "real-time," but the moment you see it, it might already be a bit delayed: nodes are syncing, RPCs are queuing or rate-limiting, and indexers are processing the data again. If any link in this chain stalls, what you see becomes "just happened." So sometimes, even if you see a wallet transfer, the block has already been mined but it hasn't displayed yet—don't rush to doubt everything... Basically, the information path is too long.

When a cross-chain bridge gets hacked, everyone starts "waiting for confirmation," which is understandable, especially when oracle price feeds are abnormal. Don’t be swayed by the first piece of data. I now check multiple RPCs on-chain, compare with the browser or raw logs—better to be slow than to be misled by a "late on-chain" update. Anyway, a little patience is more comfortable than rushing blindly.
