So I've been looking into investment apps in the UAE lately and honestly there's way more options now than I expected. Not just stocks and bonds like our parents did, right? Anyway, stumbled across Sarwa first and it's pretty solid for an all-in-one platform. You can do stocks, ETFs, cryptos, commodities, whatever. They let you start with just $500 and the fees are reasonable. Plus fractional shares which is clutch if you're not trying to drop major cash upfront. Then there's eToro which everyone talks about for the copy trading thing where you basically mirror what other investors are doing. Honestly kind of genius if you're just learning. For the more technical crowd, Interactive Brokers gives you access to like 170+ markets if you're into that level of detail. No minimum to start either which is nice. If you care about halal investing, Wahed Invest is the move. They've got a whole team making sure everything is Sharia-compliant and you can diversify across stocks, real estate, gold. And StashAway caught my eye because they actually let you get into private markets if you've got the capital. All these investment apps UAE-wise are pretty accessible compared to what used to be available. The barrier to entry is basically gone now. Anyone can start small and figure out what works for them. Which ones are you guys using or thinking about trying?
