Derek Andersen has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Expedia Group, Inc.
Expedia Group, Inc. announced the appointment of Derek Andersen as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective May 11, 2026. Andersen brings extensive financial experience from technology and consumer businesses, previously serving as CFO of Snap Inc. and holding leadership roles at Amazon. He succeeds Scott Schenkel, who will depart after the company’s first-quarter earnings call.
