KelpDAO Plans Chainlink CCIP Migration After Blaming LayerZero Infrastructure for $292M Hack
KelpDAO said it is preparing to migrate to Chainlink’s CCIP after alleging a recent $292 million hack stemmed from an internal issue in LayerZero’s infrastructure. The project plans to replace LayerZero’s OFT standard with CCIP as part of its long-term strategy. KelpDAO said the move is meant to reduce reliance on a single point of failure and improve future cross-chain security.
