These days, I see a bunch of people chasing hot topics until their emotions explode, basically their attention is being led astray: just after seeing good news, they rush in, then the next day, when the hype shifts to a different track, they cut their losses, going back and forth being cut very smoothly (not a compliment). My current clumsy method is: only engage with obscure, junk projects I can hold onto, write down in a memo why I want to buy in one sentence, and the next day see if I still want to add; if not, pretend I didn't see it, missing out is okay too.

Some people also complain that miners/validators are making too much profit, MEV makes the ordering unfair, retail investors are always a step behind... I accept that too, since I’m just a dust collector, I don’t compete in speed with others, I’d rather wait two more weeks, pay less Gas, and be patient when picking up the floor. That’s it for now.
