Today I was scrolling through the group and my head was buzzing. On one side, someone was shouting, “Before the upgrade, get in position fast.” On the other side, KOLs were publishing long posts analyzing whether to migrate or not. In the end, my finger was almost tapping the buy button… Honestly, the people who impulsively buy are actually just me. The group and the KOLs are at most the ones handing you the knife—setting you up to be the one who takes the hit.

Now I trust “habits” more: when I see a message, I first close the trading page, then go take a quick look at on-chain data (whether the bridge, activity, and contracts have changed), and then write a brief note like “Why should I buy / not buy,” and save it. If I still want to buy after half an hour, then I decide. Anyway, for mainstream public chain upgrades and hard forks, there will definitely be plenty of excitement—but emotion outweighs opportunity. Keeping my hands steady is more reliable than guessing whether the ecosystem will migrate or not.
