U.S. military: Iran's attack has not yet reached the "threshold to restart large-scale military operations"

BlockBeats News, May 5 — U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman General Mark Milley stated on the 5th that currently, all attacks by Iran have not yet reached the “threshold for restarting large-scale combat operations.”

Milley said that since the ceasefire was announced, Iran has fired at merchant ships 9 times and has seized 2 container ships. Milley also stated that currently, 22.5k sailors are stranded in the Gulf.

U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin said that the ceasefire with Iran has not yet ended, and urged Iran to exercise caution when taking action.
