OpenAI Raises Over $4B for The Deployment Company Venture
Sources said OpenAI has raised over $4 billion to establish The Deployment Company, a joint venture focused on helping businesses adopt its artificial intelligence software. The venture has backing from 19 investors including TPG Inc., Brookfield Asset Management, Advent, and Bain Capital, and the deal values the company at $10 billion excluding amounts already paid.
