Woken up for the third time by a liquidation position... The liquidation line is just three steps away from me, so my mindset really gets a bit shaky. My usual approach is not to gamble on rebounds: first, reduce the position a bit, even if it means earning less; then add some collateral to widen the margin, and at the same time review the permissions, the unlimited authorizations given before are just annoying to look at. Also, make sure to set up alerts properly, so you're not caught off guard when the chain stalls or gas fees jump wildly. Recently, some people have been using large transfers and unusual activity in exchange hot and cold wallets as signals of "smart money," but I definitely don't dare to follow along. If liquidation really happens, being smart or not won't matter... Just focus on staying alive first.
