Recently, I see everyone grinding testnet points as if it's their job, saying it's practice, but internally I default to "maybe I can exchange for something later"... When expectations rise together, it tends to become more and more burdensome.
My stop-loss is pretty simple: set a limit for myself (choose one: time/transaction fees/energy), and stop once reached, no chasing task lists; then, whenever I see myself starting to get anxious about "unlock calendar" or "staking unlock is about to hit" in the group chat, I know my mindset has been led astray, so I quickly pull back, go back to dollar-cost averaging + note-taking.
Misunderstanding of beginners: more interactions = guaranteed airdrops, missing out means loss.
My current understanding: interactions are for practice, any "expectation" that doesn't clearly outline risk and cost is just an emotional tax.
For now, that's it, don't get carried away.
