CryptoWorld News reports that Iranian senior official Mojtaba Zarei revealed new details about the Islamabad talks on social media. He stated that the basis of the Islamabad negotiations is obtaining permission from Iran's Supreme Leader, and the content of the negotiations must also be conducted within the framework approved by the Supreme Leader. When the U.S. side wanted to discuss nuclear technology issues, the Supreme Leader had already prohibited the delegation from engaging in technical discussions on this matter, and future decisions on this will be entirely made by the Supreme Leader. Additionally, the head of the Iranian Atomic Energy Organization has been barred from joining the negotiation team.
