Is the Quantum Era Coming? New Solution PACT, Giving Sleeping Bitcoin an "Invisible Insurance"

The market is not just a game of ups and downs; security is quietly evolving.
Paradigm researcher Dan Robinson proposes a new approach—PACT (Verifiable Address Control Timestamp), with only one core goal:
To protect those long-dormant bitcoins (including early Satoshi addresses), against potential future quantum computing attacks.
Simply put, this mechanism does three things:
No need to transfer coins, no need to move assets
Lock in your control over the address in advance through "timestamp proof"
Once quantum attacks actually occur in the future, you can use this proof to recover assets in a quantum-resistant network
Compared to traditional solutions (such as forced asset migration paths), PACT's biggest advantage is:
No exposure, no disturbance, no change to the existing holdings structure.
The logic behind this is very clear:
In the past, we defended against hackers; in the future, we need to defend against "computing power crushing."
