Hilton RevPAR rises 3.6 percent

Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc. reported a 3.6 percent increase in systemwide comparable RevPAR for the first quarter of 2026, alongside higher earnings and its largest ever development pipeline. Net income rose to $383 million, and the company projects continued RevPAR growth and strong net unit growth for the full year 2026. The pipeline includes 3,768 hotels with 527,000 rooms, with significant expansion outside the U.S.
