Recently, I found that what affects my sleep the most is not how much I've lost, but the words "floating loss" hanging there.

When I make a profit, I stay pretty calm, even thinking "Anyway, I haven't actually pocketed it";
but once it turns red to green, I start imagining all kinds of bad endings, even though the logic hasn't changed, my heartbeat changes first, basically it's loss aversion that's too real.

These days, everyone is talking about interest rate cut expectations, the US dollar index, and that kind of "synchronous" rise and fall of risk assets, which actually makes this emotion easier to amplify:
you feel it's not the project having problems, but the entire external environment twisting you.
Then you want to watch the market more, and the more you watch, the harder it is to sleep.

Not long ago, I even paid attention to a few people shouting about emotions every day, trying to find some "certainty";
later I realized I was even more confused, so I simply unfollowed them again.
Now I still go back to my old habit: dissect the structure, see if cash flow/unlock/incentives have changed,
if not, then watch the price less, just do that for now.
