Just came across something interesting about Jet Li's family life that got me thinking. At 62, the guy's been through quite a journey with his personal relationships, and honestly, his daughters' stories are pretty diverse.

So he's had two marriages. The first was with Huang Qiuyan back when they were filming Shaolin Kid together, and they had two daughters from that union. Li Si, the eldest at 37, is an American citizen who went to a solid university in the States. She actually tried her hand at entertainment—did some auditions, appeared on dating shows, that kind of thing—but nothing really took off for her. Still unmarried. Her younger sister from that marriage is Taimi Li, 36 years old, also American. From what I've read, Taimi Li seems more low-key compared to her sister, keeps a more private lifestyle. Both of them walked red carpets with their dad over the years.

Then Jet Li met Li Zhi while working on a film, and they eventually got married in the US. They have two younger daughters together. Jane Li is 25 and apparently a Harvard standout—she's really into dance and has been performing since childhood. Big eyes, looks a lot like her mom. Jet Li seems to be grooming her for a more high-society lifestyle. She's already got an American boyfriend. The youngest is Jada, 22, also at Harvard, tall with an impressive figure, very similar to her sister Jane.

What strikes me is the generational gap. Comparing Jet Li now to someone like Andy Lau, they literally look like different generations. Age and health issues have really caught up with him. Interesting how his family is so spread across different paths—some trying entertainment, others focusing on academics and social circles.
