Once I calm down, I realize that when it comes to on-chain privacy, honestly, don’t get your hopes too high: what you can conceal is part of the address and the operational details, but the compliance line is there all the same. If someone really wants to trace it, and the exchange side cooperates, it’s hard for ordinary people to “disappear” and stay invisible.

My current expectation is: in daily life, don’t move your assets back and forth across chains too many times—if you can take a simple route, don’t make things complicated; if something abnormal happens, stop first. Don’t treat privacy tools like a protective shield—at most, think of them as an umbrella… blocking a bit of sun is fine, but don’t expect it to hold up against a typhoon. That’s it for now.
