AI company Parallel Web Systems, founded by former Twitter CEO, completes $100 million Series B funding

Golden Finance reports that on April 29, according to The Wall Street Journal, AI infrastructure company Parallel Web Systems, founded by former Twitter CEO Parag Agrawal, completed a $100 million Series B funding round, with a post-money valuation of $2 billion.
This round was led by Sequoia Capital, with participation from existing shareholders including Kleiner Perkins, Index Ventures, and Khosla Ventures.
Parallel provides efficient web search and access control infrastructure for “long-term” AI agents, having raised a total of $230 million, with approximately 50 employees, serving over 100k developers and enterprise clients.
Currently, the company is focusing on expanding its sales, marketing, and R&D teams, continuously developing enterprise-level “AI agent web” scenarios.
