I know an old crypto person who has been trading coins for ten full years.

I’ve seen him answer calls during the bloodiest crashes, his voice as calm as if he were chatting, and after hanging up, he continues to stare at the K-line, his movements unchanged by a single bit.
His friends all say he’s too stable, without any emotion. Later, he told me a story from the past.
He said that year, he was heavily invested all in a direction he thought was sure to rise, but the direction was completely wrong, and a single big bearish candle wiped out almost all his profits from the past few years.
After the market closed, he sat in front of the screen, motionless, for a very long time.
I asked him what he was feeling at that moment.
He said his heart was very heavy, like a stone, sitting there, not knowing how to move it, wanting to vent but feeling powerless.
I asked him why he didn’t show it.
He was silent for a while, then uttered a sentence that I have been chewing over repeatedly to this day:
“Show it, and it will grow.”
