Reports indicate that Digital Edge is considering various options, including a sale.

Golden Finance reports that on April 28, according to Bloomberg, the Asian data center operator Digital Edge, invested in by alternative asset management firm Stonepeak Partners, is exploring multiple options, including the sale of the company. The Singapore-based company is working with JPMorgan Chase on an assessment that could result in the sale of part or all of the company. The related transaction could value the company at up to $10 billion. (Dongxin News Agency)
