Can't hold onto spot, still thinking about "with this leverage, it shouldn't be a big deal" on contracts, and as a result, got liquidated in one wave... To be honest, it's not that I can't read the market, but that my position magnified my emotions. My straightforward advice: first, keep the "worst-case scenario" in check—if you lose on spot, you can still sleep; if you lose on contracts, it shouldn't affect your work tomorrow. If you can't do that, don't open positions. Recently, on-chain data tools and tagging sets have been criticized for being outdated/misleading, so I just treat them as references, not as a steering wheel. The real lifesaver is still your own stop-loss line and a bit of patience. I'm tired but still here, for now, that's all.
