CryptoWorld News reports that the Cyberspace Administration of China has notified that three AI products under ByteDance—Jianying, MaoXiang, and JiMeng—have not effectively implemented the requirements for labeling AI-generated synthetic content, in violation of the Cybersecurity Law, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Generative Artificial Intelligence Services, and the Measures for the Administration of Labeling AI-Generated Synthetic Content. The Cyberspace Administration has taken measures against the above platforms, including holding interviews, ordering corrections, issuing warnings, and strictly handling the responsible persons.
