I found that the most common reason for my restlessness isn't actually "understanding it," but rather fear of missing out on the excitement: when a meme drops, a celebrity shouts, or attention shifts, my mind starts creating stories for myself, trying to grab a position. Basically, I use trading to prove that I haven't fallen behind.

These days, someone asked again about data availability, ordering, finality—don't be scared by the terminology. I focus on one main point: whether your transaction/transfer can ultimately be considered valid, whether it can be reordered, or if it will be rolled back. If it can be arbitrarily cut in line by others, or even denied later, then using it as "solid certainty" to leverage is very risky and can easily blow up your mindset.

Veterans advise newcomers not to take the last step, and I agree. I set a simple rule for myself: the more everyone is talking about it, the more I want to chase, the more I first take a sip of water, and wait ten minutes before deciding whether to place an order. Calm your emotions first—that's more effective than any terminology.
