It seems that Unicoin has made a big move. Last week, Unicoin Inc. announced the establishment of an independent foundation, which will significantly change the current governance structure. Investor Robert Newman will become the chairman, and it will be operated by 27 elected directors. What's interesting is that over 4,000 Unicoin shareholders have already participated in the vote, with nearly 99% supporting the transition to the independent foundation. In other words, the entire Unicoin community is backing this direction. From now on, Unicoin's operations will be transferred to this new foundation, focusing on education and ecosystem development. Governance transparency is likely to improve.
