I just noticed that Tether will stop supporting CNHT. Honestly, I don't know how many are using it, but apparently demand is low so they can no longer benefit from maintaining it.

The deal is this: from now on, no new CNHT will be issued. And within a year, the entire redemption support will also end. So if you hold CNHT, it's better to convert it while it's still available.

Tether stated that the discontinuation of support is due to market changes and limited community interest. Operational costs are not justified for this many users. But don't worry, until the deadline, you can still redeem CNHT on all supported blockchains.

Maybe this is a sign that they are focusing more on popular stablecoins. Just curious if there are other coins that will follow the phase-out.
