A son of a construction boss in Shandong got married, and he notified all the migrant workers on the construction site that they must attend the wedding. Reluctantly, everyone agreed.

On the wedding day, the locals didn't go, but all the migrant workers attended, each happily contributing 500 yuan as a red envelope.
At the luxurious wedding scene, the migrant workers sat at a separate table, which was filled with seafood feast. Because everyone at this table was their own people, they didn't hold back and ate ravenously.
Afterward, back at the construction site, the locals mocked them, saying they were all suckers.
Unexpectedly, at the end of the month when wages were paid, the construction boss gave each migrant worker who attended the wedding an extra 1,000 yuan red envelope.
He said everyone works too hard normally, and since his son was getting married, it was a chance to relax a bit.
Plus, his son's wedding also needed everyone to show support and make it more festive.
Those who didn't attend the wedding silently lowered their heads.
