🔐 How long does it take to crack a password? It all depends on length and character variety: an 8-character password made up of letters, numbers, and symbols can be brute-forced in about 5 months, while a 12-character one with the same set can take up to 10 million years.

A properly long password with numbers, letters, and symbols is practically impossible to crack through brute force, whereas short and simple combinations like qwerty123 are cracked almost instantly.
