Teledyne's new camera module sees in near-dark on under 1 watt

Teledyne e2v has launched its Caiman imaging module, a compact, low-power solution designed for very low-light near-infrared imaging. The module features the OnyxMax sensor, high quantum efficiency, low noise, and integrated image processing, operating on less than 1 watt of power. It targets applications such as night vision, surveillance, and scientific imaging and will be showcased at SPIE Defense + Security.
