These days, the group chat has started to become overloaded again, with discussions on stablecoin regulation, reserve audits, and someone shouting "it's about to depeg"… One after another, forwarded messages, making people feel uneasy. To be honest, impulsively making buy or sell decisions ultimately comes down to oneself pressing the button; KOLs at most are just throwing knives, and group messages are more like noise amplifiers.

My current habit is to first keep my hands off the keyboard, then casually glance at the blockchain: whether the funds are truly moving, whether there are any anomalies on the bridge. If I don’t understand, I just ignore it—no need to pretend to understand. In the past, to save a bit on transaction fees, I crossed strange bridges, refreshing/retrying for half an hour in line, and in the end, I was still nervous—really not worth it. Staying alive is more important than getting on the train first.
