Recently, as I was running tests on the testnet, things started to feel a bit off... It was originally just practice: familiarizing myself with wallets, signatures, cross-chain transfers, but then in the community, once the topic of "Will the mainnet issue tokens" or "Are the points worth it" came up, my mindset immediately started to calculate. Frankly, once there’s expectations, it’s easy to get carried away.
My current stop-loss measures for myself are pretty simple: 1) Time stop-loss, no more than 30-40 minutes per testnet session, stop once the time is up; 2) Capital stop-loss, only use a dedicated small account and a small amount of Gas fees, never use the main account’s real assets just to "run a few more times"; 3) Emotional stop-loss, if I start to get caught up in thinking "Did I miss a step and will it cause a loss," I take a day off. Anyway, the practice is to avoid pitfalls in the future, not to dream more today... That’s it for now.
