These days, messages in the group are pouring in like coffee grounds, one after another, and KOL Twitter is also intensifying the concentration. As a result, the first to be "over-extracted" is often my own hand—I impulsively click to buy. To put it simply, neither the group nor KOL will press the confirm button for you; the one who really pays the bill is your own emotional state.

Recently, it's become popular to link ETF capital flows, U.S. stock risk appetite, and crypto price movements into a single "cosmic mainline." It sounds smooth, but it can also easily lead people into that kind of anxiety of "everyone else understands, I have to follow too." My simple trick is old-fashioned: when I see the excitement, I leave it on the table to cool for a while, and then check again in the next block to see if I still want to move.

I still believe that slowing down the rhythm and adjusting the position as if following a recipe is better—not every cup needs to be filled to the brim. That's all for now.
