Stop loss really is like a breakup, dragging it out without clarifying, and every subsequent bearish candle keeps reminding you "it's not over yet"... I used to always want to wait until it recovers to break even before selling, but as a result, I got more and more trapped, with interest and emotions rising together. Now it's simpler: if I don't understand it anymore, or liquidity becomes worse, I just admit defeat and walk away, then look for a rebound opportunity I can understand later.

Recently, I saw everyone interpreting ETF capital flows, US stock risk appetite, and crypto market ups and downs as if they were all connected, like a master control panel. It sounds lively, but what I care more about is whether I can still sleep well with this trade. Anyway, the only thing I can execute is the stop loss line; the rest is just chatting. Like putting down a burden or pulling out a thorn, it suddenly feels lighter. If I make a profit, I’ll treat myself to a cup of coffee as usual.
