If someone gets blocked or cached along the way, it might be a half-beat behind, or even the same transaction might "not have happened" on your end but is already flying all over elsewhere… So sometimes it’s not that you’re slow, but that the world you see is inherently delayed.

Recently, when Meme and celebrities lead the rhythm with a single shout, it’s even more obvious. When attention shifts, the data dashboard is still refreshing, but your emotions are already being pulled along. Veteran players say don’t take the last baton; I now interpret that as: first confirm whether what you’re seeing on the “chain” is real-time, or you might even mistake where the baton is. Anyway, I open the window to look when I’m hot, and turn off the lights when I cool down—less fussing.
