Lately, I've been noticing that browsing on-chain data always "lags," which looks like network congestion, but it's actually more about the indexer/Subgraph/RPC catching its breath behind the scenes. A Subgraph doesn't immediately fetch data from the chain the moment you query it; it first needs to process new blocks, organize them into queryable tables. When there's a reorganization, delay, or the indexer is chasing after block height, you'll see moments where the data display is inconsistent—sometimes showing data, sometimes empty, like viewing floor prices or position distributions.

RPC rate limiting is also quite real, especially during airdrop season when a bunch of task platforms are messing with anti-snipe measures, or turning to a points system that forces "moonlighters" into clocking in like at a job. Scripts and front-end interfaces rush together, causing public nodes to get overwhelmed, making slow responses or dropped requests very normal. Anyway, when I see data jittering now, I just assume it's "catching up," and there's no need to jump to conclusions. Don't rush to think someone is dumping tokens just because of a sudden spike... As an old-timer watching from the sidelines, I’ll wait until things stabilize before getting excited.
