Today I saw someone screenshot “whale addresses entering the market,” and the group started shouting about following… I’ve learned my lesson now: first, check whether he’s slowly building a position or hedging. Put simply, genuine position-building usually doesn’t involve buying while also stacking perpetual short orders; but that kind of hedging is really sneaky—it looks like an all-in, but in reality it’s blocking both sides. In the end, it’s the followers like me who get picked off.

By the way, recently modularization and the DA 层 have been getting hyped so much that developers’ eyes light up, while users look totally clueless—I’m pretty much the same: once I understand the rationale, I still won’t rush my wallet.

Earlier, my mom asked me, “Are whales mining in the ocean?”… I could only answer with half a line: No—it's just that the big wallets have moved. Anyway, I’d rather miss out than become one more liquidity joke.
