I’m trying to see if the project team is really working seriously, anyway I don’t really listen to their vision talks, I focus more on how the treasury funds are spent and whether the milestones are being met on schedule. For example, in the past three months’ budget: have the expenses for development, auditing, and operations—things that are invisible but necessary—been ongoing, or do they suddenly pile up with market partnerships, KOLs, and similar invoices whenever there’s a fluctuation? Also, don’t just write “launch” or “partnership” for milestones; it’s better to match them on-chain or in the repo: contract upgrades, parameter changes, bug fix records—no rush, but the concern is missed deadlines without explanation. Recently, developers are pretty excited about modularization and the DA layer, but ordinary users are definitely confused… At this point, it’s more important to see if they’re spending money on documentation, tools, migration costs—things that actually bring people in—rather than just storytelling. That’s all for now, maybe I’m being too strict again.
